Healthy Food and Nutrition - FETAC Foundation Level
This new course ran for the first time in Spring 2004. Please contact us if you’re interested and we will let you know if it’s running again. The course includes:
- Demystifying the jargon around food
- Recognising E numbers, baddies and the rest
- Healthy diets and whole foods
- Kitchen and Cooking safety
- Equipment testing and food safety throughout
