Yes, it’s that time of year again and what better way to brighten up the shortening days than with our beautifully perfumed winter-flowering bulbs.
We are selling a selection of pink and blue potted hyacinths, which will make an ideal Christmas gift and will fill any room with their delicious scent. €6.00 each (3 bulbs per pot!).
We also have stunning and highly fragrant Paper-White Narcissi for sale, a bargain at €3.50 per pot!
When they have finished flowering, all our bulbs can be planted outside where they will bloom every year thereafter. You can buy them direct from the college or from our market stall in the Listowel Farmers’ Market, every Friday 10am – 2pm in Listowel Town Square.
Better yet, why not come along to our Christmas Fair this Saturday, December 5th which is being held in the college where you can also pick up fresh organic winter veg, a variety of homemade produce and beautiful handmade crafts.
