This event will celebrate the love affair that Irish people have with the potato. The best varieties, growing techniques and taste will be explored. Health & nutrition information as well as recipes will be provided. Tours, tasting of varieties and practical demonstrations of growing at garden and field scale will also feature. This will all take place on Saturday March 23rd from 11.00am to 1.30pm.
