This week Cormac Griffith was giving our students a lesson on how to graft fruit trees. Cormac has travelled extensively, returning to Ireland to grow food. He volunteered at Irish Seed Savers Association for several years and was their orchard manager for 3 years. He now works part time for the ISSA and teaches Orchard Creating, Pruning, and Grafting workshops.. He has extensive experience with native Irish apples varieties.
